There is a representative with the Georgia legislation who is proposing a bill that would make it the law to pass a drug test to receive employment benefits. If you test positive for drugs your benefits will be terminated or denied and you can not reapply for benefits for two years. Damn, I know hella people who would be up a creek if a law like this were to pass in California. Let me know how you feel about this one.
