Former ATL Housewive loses 30 lbs

Former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star DeShawn Snow, has dropped 30 pounds and is looking good. DeShawn tells UsWeekly that after her marriage fell apart she began working out two hours a day with trainer Trey Crump.
“I felt everything was out of my control. I had no control over anything that was happening in my life and the weight and working out was something I could control.”
“[When] Trey heard [of my divorce], he texted me and was like ‘Meet me at the gym at 6 a.m.’ He didn’t ask me any questions, we just worked out. That was his way of getting me out of bed and then once I started, I just got consistent.”
As for her diet, Snow — who works out two hours a day and says she’d like to lose 10 more pounds — is sure to eat in moderation.
“I supplement with protein shakes and I try to stay away from carbs,” Snow tells Us. “Sometimes I’ll have seafood or vegetables. Basically it’s portion size, a maintenance thing.”
Good for you DeShawn. I think that we all should take charge of our lives like this. Not necessarily after something traumatic that happens but because we want to feel better and look better for ourselves. Work It!
