Shane Sparks Is Out On Bail

Shane Sparks posted bail last night and now that he's out of jail, he is ready to fight to clear his name. Sparks, a judge on the MTV show "America's Best Dance Crew," was arrested on Friday and charged with nine counts of child molestation. But his attorney, Steve Meister, states the whole thing "stinks to high heaven" since Sparks' accuser waited 15 years (until Sparks became famous) before she came forward. Shane claims that he is being extorted and his attorney says the charges "are completely without merit" and that Sparks "knows he is innocent." Hit the yellow link below for a list of the charges.

Sparks faces 4 counts of lewd conduct with a minor UNDER 14 years of age, 2 counts of sexual intercourse with a 14 or 15 year old and 2 counts of oral copulation with a 14 or 15 year old. All the charges focus around one victim and the alleged crimes occurred between the years of 1994 and 1997.
